Did you see Jon Snow last night pull Cable’s cable out? Never seen Mr Snow so venomous and to such good purpose. If you missed it he basically said that Cable was an arse for thinking he had anything like the intelligence and depth of experience of Ming. This was less a comment on Ming’s abilities and most defo a complete downer on Cable. He could have just said “you are a scheming bastard and an arsehole to boot”. We all got the message! That’s one man who won’t be in the running for the leadership then.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. It’s a good spoof. I’d also say, “Now Showing in Yeovil” for the south-west connection.

Mopsa, didn’t see Ch4 but saw Newsnight. Him and Hughes looked very uncomfortable. I’m missing Ming now…
Ian, I’m always hard on myself. And I just wish I had a better picture of Cable to work with.
