Paris Hilton Laughs Off Wii Injury

It is this year’s surprise hit among computer consoles, but already the casualties from the Nintendo Wii are mounting. At a London party ahead of the console’s European launch next week, Paris Hilton ignored advice warning her to wear the controller’s wrist-strap. While playing the ten pin bowling game, the Wii remote becoming embedded four inches into Paris’ head, leaving her to make a 7-10 split. She laughed off the injury and partied for an additional four hours before worried minders rushed her to the local Accident and Emergency.
‘Paris is fine,’ her agent later said. ‘She’s suffered a very mild four inch cavity in the side of her head but doctors think she’ll be able to hide it through good styling.’ A spokesperson for Nintendo deny that the console is dangerous but was quick to highlight the build quality of the Wii remote. ‘We’ve tested it by dropping it onto concrete,’ they said, ‘but this has to be the best indication that the Wii is built to last.’

Whilst attending the A&E Department she has had a brain scan to see if permanent damage has been inflicted.
In Ms Hilton’s case this has involved temporary removal of her nether garments as - uniquely - her brain is thought to be positioned at the base of her Spinal Column. Doctors have so far been unable to locate this organ. The search continues.
A hospital official spokesperson has appealed to the public for help. ‘It seems that Ms Hilton’s brain may somehow have been mislaid. We are asking members of the public to be very vigilant and to report any sightings to us. They should be looking for something which resembles a pickled walnut, only slightly smaller. A reward has been offered by Ms Hilton for the safe return of her brain - or anything similar.’

My girlfriend and I argued for many minutes last night about the Wii. I’m a bit of a Nintendo fan, really, but she thinks it’s disgusting that anyone would attempt to play sports sims on a television instead of playing the real thing. I then produced GTA and asked her if she’d like to perhaps rampage through Cardiff with me.
This is all.

No argument with me, Matt. I’m a Nintendo fan counting down the days.

Wii is not dangerous, it is her fault for not wearing the strap.. ’cause before every game started, it was adviced to wear the strap before playing.. Your digging ur own grave by not listening to it. so this incident must not be excused to say Wii is dangerous.. I have Wii too, and soo far no incident had happened; only dropping of wii remotes and nunchuck
